Book by September 10 for access to the collaborative playlist!

Stoned ‘n’ Flow with Madda

Friday, September 25 | 8.30-10.30pm | $65

Last Friday of each month - let's unravel and release together.

This 420-inspired stretch experience is designed to melt tension, open the hips, and guide you into a deeper, more fluid connection with yourself. Grounded intentional stretches, breathwork, and mobility to release what you've been holding onto.

From there, we drift. As your body softens, we transition into gentle, floor-based movement - sensual, intuitive, and completely judgment-free.

Expect:

🍃 Deep, intentional stretching

🍃 Hip and body-opening sequences

🍃 Slow, guided floor flow

🍃 A moody, immersive experience

🍃 A space to unwind, release, and reconnect

This class is for you if:

🍃 you want to slow down

🍃 you want to feel more in your body

🍃 you're craving softness, freedom, and a little edge

No pressure to perform, just space to feel, explore, and let your body lead. Come as you are - be present, not perfect.

The Flexibility Blueprint: Front Splits and Backbends, Decoded

with Tahnee

Saturday, September 26 | 4.30-6.30pm | $75

You’ve been stretching. You’ve been consistent. So why does your front split or back bend still feel exactly where it was months or even years ago?

This 2-hour workshop is part lecture, part lab, part assessment, built to answer that question for your body specifically, not flexibility advice in general.

What you’ll walk away with:

• A live assessment of your current range, and a clear read on what’s actually limiting it (tissue, joint mechanics, or nervous system, they’re not the same problem and don’t have the same fix)

• The science behind flexibility training, explained simply enough to actually use

• A personalized plan for what to do outside of class, so your progress isn’t dependent on being in a room with a trainer

• A translation guide for the cues you hear in class, so they finally land in your body instead of past it

Why it’s worth your time and money:

A private assessment session alone typically costs more than this, and you’d leave with recommendations but no framework for understanding why. Here, you get both: the diagnostic and the science behind it, in a small group setting where you can ask questions in real time. You leave with a plan, not just a stretch.

This is for you if:

• You have a specific goal (deeper split, deeper back bend) and no clear sense of what’s between you and it

• You feel like you’ve plateaued despite showing up consistently

• The cues in class don’t make sense in your body yet

• You want to understand your own mechanics well enough to self-correct outside of class

What to bring: notebook and pen, water and a snack, layers, socks, clothes you can move in.

Where to take this next:

Everything you learn here carries directly into Tahnee's Saturday morning Range of Motion class, where we apply this same approach using the pole as an assist. This workshop gives you the framework; Saturdays are where you keep building on it.

Your instructor:

Tahnee Pantig (@tahneemoves) is a pole instructor, lifelong athlete, and 1000-hour certified yoga teacher with a specialized background in flexibility and pole training. She's spent years studying functional anatomy and ergonomics, the actual mechanics of how bodies move, and she uses that science to help students unlock range they didn’t think was available to them. This workshop is that study, condensed into two hours and built around your specific goals.
