A R T I C U L A T E : BASEWORK

In this 4 week series you will be immersed in the art of BASEWORK. Using the lower 2/3 of the pole we will focus on how to dive into presence, connection, and command.

Week 1: PRESENCE/TONE SETTING

Week 2: CAPTIVATE/LURE

Week 3: INTRIGUE/ENTICE

Week 4: OWN/HARNESSING POWER

In each session we will explore

✨ textures and shapes

✨ dynamic tricks (using the base of the pole)

✨ floorwork and transitioning around the base of the pole

✨ ways to drop into sensuality and play

SLOW BURN: Intro to Floorwork

Sundays at 3pm with Nickoleta

This four-week series is intended for those who want to explore grounded movement - especially pole dancers who come to the floor and feel like they no longer know what to do! Using elements of Liquid Motion as well as prompts to guide you into moving intentionally and intuitively on the floor, these sessions are designed for finding ease and confidence in your practice.

Week 1: seated shapes, straddle shapes, seated leg waves; focus on initiation

Week 2: prances, arches, transitions; focus on connection and touch

Week 3: crawls and buttercup; focus on tempo and pacing

Week 4: more transitional shapes; focus on refining details and finding your signature

Layers highly recommended, especially socks and leg warmers or knee pads. Heels optional.

SPIRALING: Spin + Low Flow

Mondays at 7pm with Tarryn

Want to work on seamlessly connecting your base work to tricks up the pole? Do you ever finish a combo and land, unsure of where to go once you’re off the pole? This beginner friendly class will give you options to improve your dance fluidity, connecting low flow to spins and aerial tricks. Let’s spiral together 🌀

Recommended prerequisite: jasmine, pole climb, chair spin, some experience with inversions recommended but not required

Our July series are 4 weeks long and can be booked at a special rate of $120 via the FULL SERIES button.
